What is customer empathy? And importantly, how do you do it in size 14 shoes!!!

In this week's episode (continuing with my series of customer experience tips), I am sharing my recent story of how I received an amazing customer experience filled with empathy when I bought some new running shoes.

But the most important question here is, when was the last time you walked in your customer's shoes?
